Roots & Rolls culinary mastermind, chef Cristian Rojas, will be co-hosting live plant-based cooking demonstrations at Urban Farm Expo Dubai, as well as three public sushi classes, all organised by PXB on Monday December 4th in the Expo Centre Green Zone.
